Stamping Parts

Stamping parts are relying on presses and molds on the plates, strips, pipes and profiles, such as exerting external force, resulting in plastic deformation or separation, to obtain the desired shape and size of the workpiece (stamping parts) forming processing methods. Stamping and forging are the same plastic processing (or pressure processing), collectively known as forging. The stamping blanks are mainly hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel plates and strips.

Compared with castings and forgings, stamping parts are characterized by thin, uniform, light and strong. Stamping can make other methods difficult to produce with reinforcement, rib, ups and downs or flanging to improve the rigidity of the workpiece. Due to the use of precision molds, workpiece precision can reach micron level, and the repetition of high precision, specifications, can punch holes, convex sets, etc.

Cold stamping parts generally no longer by cutting, or only need a small amount of cutting processing. The precision and surface state of hot stamping parts are lower than the cold stamping parts, but are still better than the castings, forgings, and less machining.

Stamping is an efficient production method, the use of composite mold, especially the multi-position progressive die, can be a pressure machine to complete a number of stamping process, the realization by the belt unwinding, leveling, blanking to shaping, finishing full automatic production. High production efficiency, good working conditions, low production costs, generally can produce hundreds of pieces per minute.
